General Description:
The comb shall be designed and fabricated for separation alignment and smoothing of the hairs on a dog's coat particularly after the dog has been given a bath The comb shall be round in cross-section, and the tips of the teeth shall be rounded to minimize irritation of the dog's skin The teeth shall extend straight out from the back of the comb perpendicular to the handle and shall be evenly spaced The comb shall have between 9 and 12 teeth per inch The tooth section of the comb shall be at least 3 inches in length and the handle shall be at least 4 inches long The teeth shall be of equal length and shall extend from the back of the comb for a uniform distance between 0.75 and 1.0 inch
